Freshping shut down: what happened?

After shutdown, Freshworks retained account data for 90 days before permanently deleting it. For free-tier users specifically, the export deadline was June 4, 2026, and export links stayed active for 60 days after that. That window has now closed for free users, so if you didn't export by then, that data is gone.
